Lanvin offers a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We ensure a seamless process to maintain the high standards of our Parisian heritage and your shopping experience.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or use the 'Order Status' link to generate a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains unbroken to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our logistics partner's website.
